Artiste Jessica Hsuan's (宣萱) manager's company released a statement pointing that recently a slimming product webpage has illegally used Jessica's images for promotional purposes without her authorized agreement. Her company clarified that this brand product has never had any collaborations with Jessica before.
Moreover, the statement also pointed out that the contract between Jessica and a Malaysian company has ended on November 30, 2013. In regards to the brands under the company's name still using Jessica's portraits and photos for promotional purposes as of November 13, 2014, they have received an attorney's letter and thus have stopped and removed the unauthorized content. In the statement, the company also expressed that they reserved the right to pursue further legal actions based on the two claims mentioned above.
