Earlier, Mainland China artiste Fan Bingbing (范冰冰) discovered a technology company created fake portraits of her to attract consumers to buy products. She decided to take legal actions, requested for the company to public apology to the media and compensation of ten million dollars.
In the legal court, the accused expressed that the website sued by Bingbing was not their company's website but a fake website in reality: "We are also victims and please tell the plaintiff, Bingbing to withdraw the case."
