Michael Tse (謝天華) and wife Tina have been married for a number of years but they remain still as loving. It is known that the two recently finally succeeded in conceiving a baby but because they were afraid the baby would be upset so they handled the good news in a low-key manner.
Reporters asked for confirmation from Michael over the phone. He generously admitted that his wife is pregnant and also said: "Because I am a traditional person, worried that the little one will get upset, so I temporarily didn't announced it in a high-profile manner, I hoped to wait until my wife's condition was stable and then officially announce this good news." Asked about what secrets he has for becoming a father at the age of 47 and still having the determination and strength, he said: "It comes naturally. If heaven believes at this time, he wants to give me a child, that is the reason why I will have one."
He also revealed that in October he would probably go back to Mainland to film a movie. Asked who would be taking care of his wife, he expressed: "Our family will take care of her. I am busy with finding money for baby milk powder, can't help it!" He also pointed out that whether the baby is a boy or girl, he has no preference, the most important is being healthy.
